Our company also provide HR services according to requested candidates profile from our customers side we select and pre select workforce.
HR Procedure includes the following services and actions:
- Studying requested candidates profile and job requirements
- Screening candidates according to skill set and job description
- Secondary screening where we narrow down the candidates list to top people with the right experience, skills and qualifications
- Preparing CV`s and documents/ certificates etc for our customers
- After candidates are approved we provide them with induction documents, introducing them to their responsibilities and duties
- Planning and oranizing trip from their home land to work place
- Keeping in touch with workers and customers on weekly-monthly basis (according to situation) to follow the situation.
